Dimension & More, also known as D & More, is a newly established professional service and consulting firm in the construction and real estate industry. As a new entrant in the market, they needed to build a robust brand identity from the ground up to effectively communicate their value proposition and mission. Their goal was to empower developers, users, and investors with insight-oriented solutions that enhance economic return and social impact throughout the lifecycle of residential space development.

Solution

Cluster’s first step was to align the firm’s corporate and brand strategies. This involved a comprehensive review and clarification of their upstream strategies, ensuring a coherent vision that integrates both corporate objectives and brand aspirations.
Using the Ipsos Censydiam Model for positioning, we crafted a detailed brand strategy. This model helped in designing a value proposition that accurately reflects Dimension & More’s mission to influence space development at every stage and empower stakeholders with actionable insights.

The name “Dimension & More” was chosen to encapsulate the firm’s comprehensive approach to space development. Inspired by Christopher Nolan’s movie “Interstellar,” the name reflects both the physical aspects of the industry and the deeper, more abstract elements of problem-solving and strategic thinking. In “Interstellar,” the concept of dimensions and the idea of going beyond the known to explore and solve complex problems mirrors Dimension & More’s philosophy. The name signifies their commitment to covering all dimensions and ensuring no detail is overlooked, similar to the film’s exploration of new dimensions to save humanity.

Also we provided lead consultancy and audit services to ensure the highest quality in the implementation of brand and service designs. We audited the work of Shizaru Studio (brand identity), Dexign Studio (website development), and Digargoon Agency (service designs and blueprints). This phase included creating RFPs, contracting, and thorough auditing to ensure all outputs met the strategic and quality standards.
