Problem

Papion, a company providing premium services to luxury residential complexes, faced the challenge of establishing a brand that communicated the exclusivity and sophistication of its offerings. The services, which include amenities like fresh food delivery, on-site car wash, and on-site gas stations, required a cohesive and luxurious brand identity that resonated with high-end clientele.

Solution

To address this challenge, we first crafted a comprehensive brand strategy that aligned with Papion’s vision and target market. This strategy served as the foundation for developing the brand’s visual identity, ensuring it reflected the luxurious and intricate nature of Papion’s services.

Deliverables & Impacts

1. Naming: The name “Papion,” which means “bow tie” in Persian, was selected to evoke the image of classic waiters wearing bow ties, symbolizing luxury, service, and attention to detail. 

2. Slogan: Crafted the slogan “Be comfortable; Absolutely!” to emphasize the ease and luxury Papion offers its clients. 

3. Visual Identity:The visual identity was carefully designed to be dynamic, allowing it to be seamlessly applied across multiple contact points, from digital platforms to physical materials, enhancing brand recognition and cohesion.
